The "Verbal" is where we come out and walk over your grounds and give you suggestions on what we see and how to make things better. We will give you suggestions on what you can do to improve everything about your yard. (Approx. 30-45 mins.) Verbal $85.00

The "Written" is where we will come out, analyze your grounds and give you a typed report for your file. We will include all aspects of soil analysis, turf analysis, tree pruning recommendations, plants, shrubs, watering practices, and maintenance practices. If you are having a weed issue, we will provide what steps you can take on getting a clean lawn. The report will be hand delivered to you by appointment and discussed. (Approx. 1hr.) $280.00

If you feel that you are having problems with your soil, we will come out and pull samples and send them off for testing. We will give you a written report of the outcome of the test as well as recommendations on how to improve the soils profile. Results and recommendations will be mailed to you.

This is where we will come out and give you advice on the "Do It Yourselfer" Landscape project. We will recommend by the layout of your trees and house/business on where to put plants, grass, and bedding. So many times people create yards without knowing what to plant with sun, shade, and water always being an issue. (Approx. 45mins. - 1.5 hrs.) Verbal $135.00

The "Once Over" is by far your biggest investment savior! So many times consumers purchase large landscape jobs performed by landscape companies and are not aware of the work being performed. Before you make that final payment, have us come out perform a "Once Over" and check it for workmanship. Included: Soil depth, turf selection/installation, plant selection, and irrigation review. (Approx. 30-50 mins.) Verbal $85.00
